
Liz Eno, MA, believes that we all go through sexuality and gender transitions throughout our lives. Liz is experienced in sex, sexuality, and gender transitions with individuals, couples and families. Liz holds her Master’s degree in Human Sexuality Studies from San Francisco State University where she focused her studies on various sexualities and how people negotiate various communities.
By currently pursuing an advanced degree in Couples and Family Counseling from the University of Colorado at Denver, Liz is well versed in helping individuals, couples and families. In addition, Liz has received fellowships multiple times to attend the National Sexuality Summer Institute to be trained in issues surrounding sexuality and gender.
Liz has accrued many years studying the areas associated with sexuality and gender transitions, critical race theory and addictions. Liz is currently working on research and academic publications with the faculty at the University of Colorado at Denver. The focus of the research is toward acceptance of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender admissions in counseling programs.
As a native of Colorado, Liz is dedicated to improving the lives of the local community. After studying in San Francisco, Liz brought her focus and expertise back to Denver. Liz has a very prominent interest in helping the Denver Metro and Boulder LGBT communites with sexual and gender identity transitions, sex therapy, addictions and substance abuse coaching, grief and loss, and other various relational issues surrounding individuals, couples and families.
In her free time, Liz likes to go fishing, camping and be outdoors. She loves working with people and helping them in any way possible. Liz will work with you to understand your goals and find a way to create a supportive environment where you can flourish.
